Our two sides had their first pre-season friendlies over the weekend.

On Saturday the seconds drew 3-3 with Rush Athletic (Jack Purdue, Anto Coates and Dion got the goals). The game was abandoned on 55 minutes due to a bad back injury to one of the Rush players. We wish him well.

On Sunday the firsts impressively beat Templeogue United 3-0 in searing heat. Philly McNally, Ross Staunton and Sean O'Rourke were on target for Balscadden.
